Project Healthy U, is a wellness education and reward program designed to make you healthy, wealthy, and happy. You will learn about health, nutrition, fitness, and self-development.

The training is in two (2) phases:
1. Daily email coaching for 2 weeks.
2. Five (5) video courses from our course repository.
